Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Unopened items: Full refund to original payment method
- Opened items: Refund minus 15% restocking fee
Items must be in original packaging with all accessories and documentation included. Contact [email protected] to initiate a return. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Warranty Policy
Warranty: Rocket Drones provides a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturer defects. Under normal use and service, the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions. Accidental damage includes drops, impacts, and exposure to extreme environmental conditions.
Training Requirement: Warranty is void if the purchasing school does not utilize the training and onboarding resources available in the Rocket Drones portal.
Claims: Proof of purchase and evidence of completed training may be required. Rocket Drones reserves the right to determine defect coverage.
