This Warranty Disclaimer outlines the terms and conditions of the warranty provided for products purchased from Rocket Drones.
Please read this document carefully to understand the coverage, exclusions, and requirements necessary to maintain warranty
eligibility.

1. Warranty Coverage
Rocket Drones provides a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase to cover manufacturer defects. This warranty ensures that, under normal use and service, the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

2. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or any damage resulting from failure to follow the product instructions. Accidental damage includes, but is not limited to, drops, spills, impacts, and exposure to extreme
environmental conditions.

3. Warranty Void Conditions
The warranty is voided if the school does not utilize the provided training and onboarding resources available in the Rocket Drones
portal. Proper training and onboarding are required to ensure safe and correct operation of the product.

4. Additional Terms
For any warranty claims, proof of purchase and evidence of completed training and onboarding may be required. Rocket Drones
reserves the right to determine whether a defect is covered under this warranty.
